The Colon Cancer Challenge Foundation (CCCF) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to a World Without Colorectal Cancer by:

• Actively participating in public awareness events and community based groups in order to build awareness of genetic risk factors, the importance of annual screen­ing and prevention.

• Sponsoring prevention programs that serve New York City and one or more elements of the mission of the CCCF.

• Raising and disbursing funds to programs that provide screening services for uninsured clients and assist them in obtaining services and support to maximize their ability to overcome cancer.

• Providing financial support to in­dividuals and organizations that are leading innovative research programs for the prevention and cure of colorectal cancer.

• Creating strategic alliances and partnerships with health profes­sionals and community organi­zations to exchange experiences, develop approaches to improve services, and increase screenings and influence policy makers.
